Do you hate being shouted at and humiliated in a group environment?
Boot camp 4 Softies is for you. You will boost your confidence, lose body fat and or inches. Your level of fitness will also improve.You will still be pushed out of your comfort zones and encouraged to achieve your goals and learn to enjoy exercise.
The sessions will be challenging and fun.
The course last 3 weeks with 2 sessions per week on Monday and Thursdays.

Supple Strength
Is your body stiff, tight and tense?
Do you need to increase flexibility and core strength?
This is a safe, effective and non competitive class to help you strengthen and lengthen tight muscles, increase body awareness and improve health and wellbeing.
Supple Strength is a combination of yoga, pilates and stretching moves.
